Get the pour right, every time
Every Paradise Cocktails bottle is two litres of concentrate that makes ten litres of finished drink. Tell us what you are filling and we will tell you exactly what goes in it.

Add the syrup first, then the water and spirit, and stir before you start the machine. Leave a little room at the top - the mix expands as it freezes. Every flavour works just as well with no alcohol at all.
- 01Pour the syrupMeasure the syrup into the empty bowl first so nothing settles underneath.
- 02Top up and stirAdd the cold water and any spirit, then stir until the colour is even.
- 03Freeze and serveRun the machine for 40 to 60 minutes. Leave room at the top - it expands.
